How am I qualified to be a Technology Educator / Digital Literacy Coach?

I have over 20 years of experience working on the business side of IT, as well as 15 years of experience in global project management and software implementation projects. I’ve led initiatives for retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial products, serving as the lead global project manager and liaison for business units, technology, support, and production teams, while enhancing technical implementations, support procedures, and best practices.

That was pretty technical - let’s simplify! 

My focus and “special sauce” have always been my ability to streamline complex scenarios into understandable actions, making me uniquely qualified and excited to help you.
